You neglected to specify the make and model of your camera so I'm going to assume it uses SD/SDHC cards.
SD/SDHC cards have a slide switch along one edge. The position farthest from the metal contacts locks the card, protecting it from writes. The position nearest the contacts unlocks the card.

Remove memory card from the camera, look along the one edge you should see a small switch, slide it over to unlock the card. the farthest from the contact the switch is in the locked position to prevent deletion of pictures.

The problem is your memory card. We can't fix it. The best solution is to buy a new one. Remember if you got an message error like that it shows that your memory card is going to be a dead set. don't use it again it may working for sometime's but suddenly its error appear again and picture got lost. USED A NEW ONE.
