Just bought wont turn on indicator light flashing

Are you sure you have power at the outlet you are using?
Do you have a VOM so you can check the output of the power cord? If you are getting power to the laptop it should provide something, either BIOS beeps or a flicker of the screen or the indicator lights should at least flash. Do you get a power available or a charge indication?

I happened the same problem and the solution must change the power pack

Flashes of standby light is fault indication. Count it and confirm the number of flashes occurs at one time switch ON. If you wish to get more details about these blinking codes to Toshiba sets, check this link. Pull up older posts there.

Indicator Lights:
1.Headset Status Headset Indicator Light
2.Powering on Steady blue, then intermittent flashes
(changes to standby mode)
3.Powering off Red appears and goes off
4.Standby Blue intermittent flashes
5.Charging battery Red solid light. Light indicator turns off when
battery is fully charged and headset is off.
6.Low battery Triple red flashes
7.Pairing mode Blue/red alternating flashes
8.Missed call Purple flashes. Press the call control button
to cancel flashing light.
9.Incoming call Triple blue flashes when ringing.
Power on and off:
1.Turn on the headset Press and hold the call control button until the
indicator glows blue. You will hear ascending
tones.
2.Turn off the headset Press and hold the call control button until the
indicator glows red. You will hear descending
tones. When power is off, indicator stays off.
If none of this is helpful then it may be that your battery is dead, if that is the case then you will need to replace the whole headset. The battery's are not replaceable.

When you turn on your headset, the blue light indicates it's on and
the three red flashes indicates a charged headsets. If it's not
turning on after that, try resetting the headset (turn off and on).
Turn it off by pressing the call control button until the indicator
glows red (you'll hear descending tones). Once off, turn it on in the same way (you'll hear ascending tones).

Some of older cars used 2 seperate flashers one for the signals and one for the hazards.

Have your synchronized the controller to the xbox? To do this, there is a button on the front of the xbox and one usually on the bottom of the guitar hero controller. hold both of these buttons, the lights will circle then when its synced they should stop and resume being player indicators. If this doesn't work, return the guitar to the shop you bought it from.

Enasure you are doing the pairing correctly

PUT HEADSET IN PAIRING MODE

1. Ensure the headset is turned off (indicator light not blinking and headset boom is closed)
2. Press and hold the Call button. After about 4 or 5 seconds, the indicator ight becomes steadily lit in magenta
3. Release the Call button and immediately open the headset boom. The indicator light remains lit in magenta.

If the indicator light is flashing in blue or not steadily lit when opening the headset boom, repeat steps 1 through 3
