Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Can not find bios up date for Acer sa80-g97z celeron 2.8 ghz mobo E661gxm-7

In the address bar, after launch, type information. Then select system information. Write down the bios info. Use it for a search. There is nothing about the bios on the support page for the Aspire SA80; they simply list drivers for the machine. No bios identifying information is provided for me to pursue a search. But, scurrying around, I hink the bios for the motherboard is at this address and that may be as updated as it gets. http://www.ecs.com.tw/ECSWebSite/Product/Product_Detail.aspx?DetailID=523&MenuID=1&LanID=0 You will find links to the mother board manual and bios there.

I think that is a Celeron D 336 with the motherboard manufactured by Company Elitegroup Computer Systems,ECS 661GX-M7 . The device drivers are available at http://acer.driversdown.com/acer-drivers/s_195_1.shtml

The Computer is a Antec ECS Elitegroup K7VTA3 ver 6 0 When I turn it on it does 1 of 2 things. 1: it goes past the memory testing then it freezes. 2: it passes the memory testing and freezes on...

Try swapping your memory (RAM) into different slots and see if that helps. Also try unplugging any IDE cables inside (CD, etc...) that you do not need to boot. If it does not, unfortunately it sounds like your motherboard has a serious problem...and probably needs replacing.

hi there
no ther is no any driver problem
1 there is only the configuration problem
2 you motherboard not supporting dual port sound output.
every mobo (motherboard ) has one sound output port one mic in port, and one line in port.one is already config on sound out put but you have to config another mic in port or line in port as sound output port it config by the sound utility install by the driver like (realtek hd audio manager ) most probebly 4.1 is run on hd audio supported mobo.like 945,965 intel chipsets.

I have lost sound on my pc

You may have accidentally switched-off your PC's sound. Do this:
1: Go to Start -> Control Panel -> Sounds and Audio Devices
2: In the first "Volume" tab, where there is Device Volume, make sure the "Mute" checkbox is not ticked - the Speaker symbol should also NOT be have a RED tag.
3: Also slide the volume slider to the right...
4: Done!

It is on your os problem. Insert your OS installer. You don't have to install a fresh copy but you can repair your previous OS installation. Make sure you have set your boot sequence to CD, floppy and last HDD. You can now reinstall your drivers after doing that.

Dr. offoce in Anza CA, bought a desktop computer for his office and the O.S. is Vista, changing the system to XP Pro, need drivers for his emachine s/n 82300811290,T5274 for his, motherboard,modem,sound...

eMachines only released this model for Vista so the only drivers they have on their site is for Vista.
A little research revealed that they used the ECS (Elitegroup) 945GCT-M3 motherboard to build this system. Elitegroup has XP drivers for this board and you can download them here:

Assistance

you may need to install the drivers for the devices you lost after you wiped out your drive, try running the cd that came with your motherboard if the sound card is built in on the mobo.

you could also download the drivers online through the mobo's manufacturer site.
if your computer is not online yet download it to a computer that can go online and place the drivers on a thumb drive or a CD then run it on your computer.
