First thing to do is select S01 on your superset menu.The menu located on the lower left hand side of your RUD II. Take your stylus or cursor and select "S" then "0" then "1", this puts the digitizer in the correct settings to work with the drivers. You should hear four (4) sucess beeps when this is done. Take your stylus or puck and move it around on the digitizer. If it is communicating, the pointer on your computer desktop will move.
If this doesn't work, uninstall the GTCO drivers and reinstall them. If this doesn't work then you will have to call GTCO Tech support for help, they may be a problem with the digitizer.

No, the lines in the Roll-Up are probably broken.
If you send it to GTC for repair, they should give you a discount on a new one.
