Maybe you need Tuneup maintenance utility. Does your laptop have enough free space, consider deleting some things to speed up its processor.

SOURCE: Hp Pavilion monitor black

Perhaps you have accidently put it into suspend or hibernate mode when you last used it and it did not power down fully. If you check the manual about one or both of these settings it may help failing this keep you finger on the power button for at least 7 seconds to do a complete power down and then restart.

Good luck and hope this works

It sounds like a LCD backlight problem. Bring it to an authorized repair shop.

Mx3414 gateway will not power up . two lights flash then nothing. with or without battery installed.

Hello there..

I had a similar problem some time ago, when i wanted to start my laptop, i could see the lights go on briefly and hear a click sound and then nothing. I tried taking out the battery and only using the power cable, still nothing.

I eventually descovered that it was my laptop's power supply which had given in. Not to expensive to buy. Hope this can help you.

Best regards

Hans-G Monitor monitor clicks will not power up

Sounds like capicitor could be faulty, shouldn't be that difficult or expensive to replace. What will cost you more is the labour so depends how expensive they are on that, if it's not too much then yeah it's worth fixing just ask for a quote first.

Wont power on.

i had this problem a few days ago actually. your computer, especially because its a laptop could be overheated. this could have killed your CPU(central power unit) inside of your computer. I would just wait about three days or so after keeping it in a moderate temperature and then try to turn it back on again. Thats what I did and as you can tell min is Working! please rate my answer I would really appreciate it!
