Question about Mitsubishi WD52527 52" Projection HDTV
My HD will only work when my tv setting is on a video 2 or 3 setting. I recieve no sound when on any video setting on my tv. The picture is definitely not HD when on the normal channel setting, but it does have sound. I also do have surround sound hooked up, but even on the video setting I don't get sound from the tv speakers either. How do I get my sound with the HD picture?
Ok so the sound is fine on all of the other sources,
The component is running from the cable box to the amp, and you can see it.
just take the audio Red/Whit RCA out of the cable box, and input it to Cable/TV or whatever its labled, Red White, RCA.
If you want surround, then you will have to go Coaxial((single orange RCA) or TOS out of the cable box to the Digital input on the AMP. When you use this instead of Red White RCA, your amp will automatically switch between the different types of surround depending on what the source calls for or is encoded in.
You may have to get into the amps menu and change that amps input to Digital/Coax/TOS for the surround sound.
Any more specific questions, I need the model #s.
