You need to go into the BIOS (by pressing either F1 or F2 or DEL when you first turn on your computer; it should tell you which one to press to go into system settings or BIOS) and disable the floppy drive. Thanks and please take a moment to rate as fixya. :c)

Frozen blue screen w stop error. 0x000000f4 (0x00000003,0x82d4470,0x82d445e4,,0x80604498)

This is called 'the blue screen of death!' It could be hard drive, or memory or other things. Try starting up from OFF and tapping f12 - this should bring up the DELL Diagnostic program. If that fails, have you tried using the DELL restore disk? What Windows are you using?

How to make my infocus show my cd on my PC

Infocus projector can show what ever on your desktop. if you open cd on desktop that will show on projector provided you are connected to your projector. Its better to power on projector first and then your computer!
Alternatively you can press Fuction button the button with green lettering on left lower part of keyboard and F4 on top simultaneously to show whats on desktop through your projector! if it does not happen press function button and F4 again!

When i turn it on it makes a beeping noice then says at the bottom F2 for setup and F4 for recovery when y press F4 it says operating system not found. what do i do?

The hard drive probably is the problem, if the software is corrupted windows will not start, if you have a start up disc try re-installing windows, if that and does not work have the hard drive checked.

Cant turn my notebook on it is saying start windows normally and all that polaver but when i press it it goes onto a blue screen then back onto that how do i get my notebook on????

It sounds as if windows has terminally crashed.
During Start up, as soon as the Samsung screen shows, press F4 and choose the 'Full Recovery' option.
This will wipe everything on the C: drive and re-install the computer to the position where it was originally set up 'out of the box'.
When you originally set up your Sammy, IF you chose to make two partitions 'out of the box' then, the second partition will still be there... (the D: drive)
Hopefully you keep all your important info on there, not on the C: Drive.
You will need to re-install any other programs - such as MS Office; Yahoo messenger & etc., you may normally use.

Computer is making a loud noise when i start up and giving a start up failed error. It says Windows resume loader. The last attempt to resume from its previous location failed. Attempt to resume again? use...

Unfortunately, it sounds like your hard drive has crashed. You'll have to change your hard drive or take it to someone who can replace it for you. If you have a bunch of preinstalled software but don't have the disks to reinstall them it might be cheaper to replace the computer.

Press f4 to resume

u need to go into bios setup.this can be done by pressing del button on ur keybadr while booting is goin on. some time the key to be pressed will be F10 or F1 instead of del key.
There will be an option as stop booting on error. disabl;e that..n it ll be fine.. btw to find out the error u'l have to specyfy each n every settings in ur bios.So its better u to ask for a person who knows these things to ur home.. Else u can do by exploruing these things urself. It ll be fun..i would prefer this..
