Hi if you want to HARD RESET (will delete ALL data) your phone, you can follow this guide: 1)If your Nokia 6500 is powered on, then power it off. 2)Once the Nokia 6500 is turned off, you will need to press down the following buttons: green call button + * button + 3button and keep pressing all three down until a messagedisplays on the phone's screen saying 'Formatting'. Once it says that on the screen, you can let go of holding them buttons. 3)Your Nokia 6500 will be in the process of hard resting itself, when it is finished, your mobile phone will reboot and will ask you to insert the correct data and time. Hi, what do you mean cant remember the code? which code ?the IMEI? or the passwords?if you mean IMEI you have hardware issues,if you mean passwords may be software issues or hardware issues ,if software ?try to reset to factory if not may be inside back up battery or eeprom is not working properly,go to a certified repair shop to fix it for you, kind regards
You know that every electronics device run with the power whether it is Dc/AC.So, when it gets wet with water or any liquid the current passes through the mother board/main board get sort.We have known that liquid substances like water has current conductor.Therefore, if we put or supply current to the device before completely dried the components inside the device can damage easily.Likewise, you have done,now the only thing is to dry your phone by using Rework Station (Heat Blower) which is used by the mobile technician.But, sorry I could not tell you that I will definitely works because this process should be done first (before inserting battery).Thanks for visiting fixya
12345 is a standard code and 00000, but if you change it and you have forgotten your unlock code, you'll just have to reformat it
key combination which is used to hard reset the phone (similar to #*7370). It is useful in some cases, for example when the phone cannot reboot. The trick is by switching off the phone then press and hold Call key (Green key) + * key + 3 key + power button for a couple of seconds
On your case, you will need a live technicians to do the work for you. The unit keypad need to clean and swiped out for any residue of water on it's keypad. It is better not to use or turn the unit ON until it was not attend and clean as I said, to avoid any further damaged on the unit like any short circuit on other parts, that can result for bigger problem.
The unit only need to be clean and dried out for any residue lives on the board.
