Synching AximX30 after upgrading to Outlook2007

Sinc I upgraded my laptop to Outlook 2007, my Aximx30 will not synch the calenda, noters, or contacts properly. Axim is running Windows mobile 2003 - 2nd edition version 4.21.1088 and Activesynch 3.7.1 (build 4034). when I cradle my Axim - it connects, but i get a message saying there are problems, look at mobile for status, etc.

(ironically it is connecting to my inbox - but I actually I don't want it to do that )
