E000024-001 is a problem with the developing assembly it's usually either a faulty toner sensor sometimes just toner stuck to it just needs a clean or replacing or the the cable ties to the toner sensor are to tight near the dev assembly just cut them off.

This is a standard code for waste toner full. The display should have indicated the need for some time. If not taken care of within a certain amount of copies the copier will throw out this code. You will have to remove the front cover panel and behind it is the waste toner bottle. Empty it and replace the cover, power down the copier and power back on and all should be well. I'm surprised that the drum hadn't needed to be replaced before the waste toner was needed to be emptied. There is a small screw behind the door for replacing the toner and an acess to a screw on the small shlf to the left. Remove these two screws and the cover will slide to the left and can be removed.
