SOURCE: zanussi fridge freezer
This to me sounds as if either your gas is not circulating through the refrigeration system, or you have a problem with thermostat. If you have recently physically moved the fridge and then powered the appliance up on the mains without letting the gas settle, then you could have damaged the fridge. And there is not really a lot you can do about this, unless you want to call out a refrigeration engineer to re-gas your fridge and assess the circulation of the pumped cold air flow.
Other problems aside of gas and thermostat could be associated with the pump (if your model has one fitted), and with this in mind, i have a good mind to have a look at the SIOS (spares, Information, Ordering, System) disc for zanussi vendored models and then get back to you once i have a further solution for you. However, I will need your make and model of zanussi fridge, so if you have this to hand it will be most appreciated. In the sad event that you dont have the paperwork/ manual for the fridge, then you can find the manufacturers model details on the rear of the fridge. however, when you move the fridge, you will need to let it stand again before powering up the unit after repair, and this should be done for a period of no less than 24 hrs, and no less than 28hrs if your appliance is a fridge freezer combi.
So once again, when i recieve further information regarding your make and model of refrigerator, then i will be able to fully investigate this matter for you, and try to come up with your most appropriate solution..
In the mean time, i bid you take care, and hope to hear from you soon

This is common. Unplug it or turn off the circuit breaker for a full 5 minutes. Then plug-in and follow instructions. Things will be good

is a multi-solution answer since I don't have all the tech from your question to pinpoint your problem
But the solution is in here generically, if you read and study the solutions very, very carefully.
Sounds like the cold control has stuck . Unplug the two wires from the cold control and plug them together. Turn one wire over and plug it into the other. away from the cold control.
The cold control is the knob in the ref that turns it on and off and has numbers on it. (Thermostat)
If it runs then that cold control (Thernostat) is the problem.
If that doesn't work DO THIS:
The relay on the compressor may need replaced
A relay starts the compressor with a higher voltage and then quickly kicks out
Thats what is happening with yours
Its best for a tech to replace The relay but you can do it
Take your model number to your Local Appliance parts store they will have a diagram
showing you how to install the relay. Its called a hard start relay
also try hooking the two wires together on the cold control to route around the cold control.
