I hope you have bricked up your phone. Just use ODIN, download stock rom zip packages, put phone in download mode, plus USB, load rom files in ODIN, flash the update and then it will work. (Actually it worked for me).

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

My Galaxy is stuck on Samsung logo. Why won't it switch on?

Samsung Galaxy Android Smartphone: Stuck on Samsung Logo (booting up)

Hello.. I'm assuming that you did not try to install a ROM or update the firmware in any way.. doing so and interrupting the process or if on a bad connection with WiFi, or downloading a corrupt install file can break your phone causing problems.

For whatever reason this happened try the following instructions:

  • pull your battery out
  • then re-insert after 30 seconds
  • boot into recovery mode (see attached video) [Press at same time: Power button, Volume up, and Home button.. when you see the blue words at top take finger off Power while still holding other buttons down until you get into Recovery Mode (you will see a bunch of lines of text.. if you see a little green robot says "installing system update" let it do it while taking fingers off all buttons.. it may say "error" = ignore this.. then you will see all the text]
  • wipe date, wipe cache, reboot [*be extra careful what you select: use your down volume key to scroll to wipe cache partition" use the power button to select this [you do not want to select "wipe data/factory reset" unless there is no other hope of getting back into your phone]
  • it takes less than a second to wipe the cache partition, then use the power key to select "reboot system now"
If the phone reboots fine you are done..

>> If the phone refuses to reboot, and hangs again at the Samsung Logo, then you know you have to go back into Recovery Mode and select "wipe data/factory reset" = after which you should be able to get back into your phone but it will wipe all of your data/everything clean from your phone. Your phone will be as if you just bought the phone with nothing of yours on it. You will have to setup your phone all over again.

Rooted Huawei Vitria is boot stuck on metro logo screen. need recovery flash

Try searching XDA or AndroidAuthority for the recovery image you need. I assume you rooted it, but if not: To flash the recovery you need to enter recovery mode, usually this is done by holding "Volume Down" & "Power" at the same time until the logo appears, then release the "Volume Down" button. Once in recovery if it's not a touch recovery, you use the volume keys to navigate up and down, and the power button to accept your selection. Just click the option that says to install from zip, then choose your zip file for the recovery and you're golden.

Sync problem with Tab 3

I suggest a hard reset.
  • Ensure that the Samsung tablet is powered off.
  • Press the Power and the Volume Up button together till the device displays the start-up logo.
  • Once the logo is displayed, release the buttons and wait till the device enters the Android system recovery mode.
  • On the displayed screen, use Volume Down button to go to the wipe data/factory resetoption (Volume Up and Volume Down buttons are used to highlight the displayed options on the Android system recovery screen).
  • Once the option is highlighted, press the Power button to select the option. (Pressing thePower button in Android system recovery mode selects the highlighted option.)
  • On the next screen, press the Volume Down button multiple times till the Yes -- delete all user data option is highlighted.
  • Press the Power button to hard reset the Samsung tablet device while clearing the dalvik cache along with the process.

IPad shows blank black screen & won't turn off ~ how do I fix?

Try reseting the iPad by holding the home and power buttons simultaneously until the iPad completely shuts down and the Apple logo appears.

Once the Apple logo appears you can release the buttons. If this does not work, you may need to connect your iPad to your computer and do a factory restore using iTunes.
