My t.v. was working fine, turned it off for the night. In the morning, and everyday since then, all I get when powered on is red, blue, green, and yellow vertical lines on screen with full sound. If the t.v. stays on and untouched, the screen will come back on in approx. 15-25 minutes. While watching cable, when a tv show goes to a commercial, the screen turns white and comes back to normal after 1-2 seconds. Same when 1 commercial ends and another commercial starts. Video games have the same problem. If what is being viewed changes, screen will turn white and takes longer and longer for it to fix itself. My toddler did race a small hotwheels car horizontally across the screen a month ago, and I think maybe that's what killed the picture..? Two children, so don't have cash for an expensive solution. Cheapest route possible prefered. Thanks.

You need to contact dish network to get a manual for remote control. Each TV brand has one or more codes that will allow you to power TV on or off, and adjust volume. Since Dish Network uses a specific remote to operate that particular receiver you will need them to either send out a technician to program for your TV, or send you a new remote that has a manual. Allowing you to do the setup yourself..Good Luck

Since this is a row of dead pixels and the TV is under warranty, you need to either contact the manufacturer or even exchange it at the retailer you purchased it from.
