Question about Canon PIXMA MP600 all-In-One InkJet Printer
The far right ink tank (blue) does not stay lit and the printer will not print,
I reset the ink tank and the lite will come on, After closing the cover,
the light goes out and the above message appears in the LCD.
I have disconnected the power to the printer and made another try,
one time it did print after disconnect., but only once
I had this same problem too and it's so frustrating because you cannot even scan and scanning is completely unrelated to ink. We called Canon and found out that it was a bad print head (ink tank). They ended up sending us one for free so I recommend calling them to report the problem. 1-800-828-4040.
