NO' YOU DONT NEED TO REMOVE THE ENTIRE DOOR PANEL, TO REPLACE SPEAKERS CONNECT WIRING CONNECTOR TO SPEAKER FIT SPEAKER BACK IN GRILLE AND REPLACE RETAINING SCREWS.
