best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: samsung galaxy android unlock..cannot unlock my

Hi, I have a couple of idea for you to try.
1) Log in to your google account on your pc, the same account you registered for your phone

2) After logging in look at the top right corner of your inbox/email page, it would say your google username. Like say if you name is John, and you have a google id thats registered to your galaxy s as , john123@gmail.com. Now this google id on the top right corner of the page would be displayed as john123@googlemail.com

3) Type in the google id, thats visible on the right hand top corner of your page (like john123@googlemail.com) into your galaxy s handset locked page, and type in the password.

TADA AND YOUR ON TO THE NEW SCREEN TELLING YOU TO PUT IN ANOTHER PATTERN.

or theres this one:
Take out the battery, the sim card, and the SD card leave the phone for 2 to 3 hours like that.. Put everything back in and boot up the phone.. This should work.
You could try this instead of waiting 3 hours, just remove battery and press power on switch for 20 seconds but this may not work.

or if you've tried everything, the only other way would be to take it to a Samsung mobile phone shop.
or do a factory reset:
THIS WILL ERASE ALL YOUR DATA THOUGH
Go into recovery mode - vol up & home & power. Once in the menu, select factory reset. It may take you a couple of attempts to get to the recovery mode but it does work, just keep trying.

Regards
Mike

If you forgot the password or don't know the security code, You have to master reset the phone. Contact your service provider to get a master reset code at free of cost....You can also visit http://www.unlock-zone.com/ and can see different options there to get unlock code for a price. Choose any price appropriate for you.

SOURCE: Need to reset samsung galaxy s2 phone. Can't

If you want to try a simple solution, Go to Settings, Wireless and Networks, then Turn on "Airplane Mode" wait until you see an airplane on the top status bar of your phone... then Turn OFF "Airplane mode"
If that doesn't work, and you want to reset your phone, take it to the place you bought it or any place that is on your carrier.

How do I down load photo's from my Samsung 2 phone please

First make sure you have the correct USB drivers for your phone installed on your pc. Go to device manager and see if your phone or mass storage device is listed. If not, download the drivers here, http://www.samsung.com/us/support/downloads. Make sure debugging on your phone is enabled. Please refer to the following:

  1. To set the Samsung Galaxy S2 to USB Mass Storage (MSC) mode, go into "Settings > Applications > Development" and enable "USB debugging".

  2. Then drag the status bar down and tap on "USB connected".

  3. The "USB connected" screen with the large green Android icon will appear. Tap on "Connect USB storage".

A confirmation dialog box will appear. Tap "OK". The green Android icon will turn orange, indicating that the phone is now in USB Mass Storage mode and should now appear as USB disk drives in "Devices with Removable Storage" and be assigned drive letters.

How do i jail break or root my samsung galaxy s 2

There are a lot of root tools like iroot ,kinggo root and SRSRoot to support root. What i suggest most is Iroot.

http://www.iroot.com/iroot-for-pc

just make backup of your Samsung data And enable USB debugging mode on Samsung device Before download.
Then,follow these steps:

Step 1. Choose the right version of iRoot(android version or PC version) to be downloaded for you. Here we take the PC version to illustrate how.
Step 2. Connect your Samsung to your computer with a USB cable via USB cable. Then click "Connect". And then, install driver.
Note: Choose "User Agreement" means you accept our service.
Step 3: After iRoot detects your Samsung Galaxy 2, you can move to root your device now. Just click "Root" to allow this step.
Step 4: By this step, once your Galaxy S2has been rooted successfully, it will reboot automatically.
Step 5: After iRoot detects your Samsung Galaxy S2, you can move to root your device now. Just click "Root" to allow this step.
Hope enjoy.
