Question about Konica Minolta Office Equipment & Supplies
Good morning, can someone help me regarding the problem that I encounter with this machine regarding the copy with black in the left side when I copy in the platen glass but if I make the copy in the ADF it is clera and I dont see and black? Thanks..
Try to cover it manually with a plain white board when your copying, not using the actual cover of the machine. if the black not appear, you have to adjust the white thinggy on the cover where the side you have been troubling.

A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

i think you have the european version, which is the adf doesn't able to read the fls size. A paper longer than a4/letter will be detected as legal. It was the firmware of the copier that makes this problem.
The solution is : You can "shift" the result, by pressing "additional function" than "shift", press "<-" (left) before make a copy with adf source. The result will be shifted up about 0.9".
And the bottom page will be still copied as well.

Has the drum reached the end of its life/damaged
It may also be the drum cleaner blade is dirty or needs to be replaced. Check these and if the problem persists please get back to me.

The problem is that the default setting ing the copier has been set to all ways do two sided. Ckeck your user settings just go through all the screen and look for orginal doc. setting, it should be set for simplex or one sided. If it is not there you may have to call your service rep. and have them change the setting in service mode. Some of the older and newer copiers have a setting in service mode. It is most like in your user settings. Someone was Panic Botton Pushing & will not fess up....Good Luck
