You will need to replace the damper on the unit. It is allowing to much cold air into the refrigerator section. Here is the part to order.

At the back is a little channel with a hole in that drains to the outside of the fridge. Remove the drawers and shelf and blow through the hole with a drinking straw.

Food is freezing in refrigerator side sometimes, Why?

the damper vent door flap located in the upper left hand corner of the refrigerator section isn't closing due to either a bad damper door motor, frozen vent door from condensation,or the mainboard in the back is bad and is no longer controlling the door, you need to remove the plastic grille and change your temps and watch to see if the door moves when you do so

Food freezing in refrigerator storage bins

produce has more water in it to freeze. Try turning down the temp in the fridge part of the unit you may try putting a termometer in there to gauge where it should be adjusted to, about 38-41 degrees is a safe temp for keeping food.

My GE profile side by side is set at 37 but is freezing the fresh produce

If the top shelves are full at the back, the coldest air will be sent down the back into the drawers. It is best to have some clear space at least at the top center of the shelves. You could also tape up the back of the drawers to impede the cold air a little. No one said engineering was perfect.
