SOURCE: "change water filter" continues to flash when dispensing water

I believe your new Jen-Air has an old model number placed above your post. If you had a newer model nuber I could see if changes were made to the solution. The ods are no changes. I it possible you may have missed removal of te flilter plug? It also is your first time and to press the 2 buttons at same time for 8 to 10 seconds may be a little confusing. I bet after this time you will have this down to an art! here is what I could find without the vorrect model number if that is what happened or not.Jenn-Air
Press and hold the light and lock buttons until the change filter light flashes.
It is very easy to reset your filter indicator light on your Maytag refrigerator. Simply press and hold the light and lock buttons, on the dispenser, for about three (3) seconds, until the change filter light blinks.
Jenn-Air Refrigerators - Press and Hold The Light and Lock Buttons until the filter light flashes (usually 5-10 seconds).

SOURCE: I have a Jenn-Air refrigerator

Yes it could be either, BUT I would go back and make sure that everything you did to stop it the first time is undone. Is everything setted correctly? Is the switches in the right place?

Neither the solenoid or the microswitch could cause the problem you had before, so I would suspect something is not right with the ice maker itself.

5 series' of 5 beeps in a row on start up

Check the Air Bag Indicator Light. When you turn the car on it should stay on for 6 seconds and then turn itself off. If a fault is detected in the system operation check, the indicator light will either fail to light, stay on continuously or flash. The flashing may not start until up to 30 seconds after the initial systems check.

If there is a fault in the system AND the air bag indicator light fails to light then an audible tone will alert you- it will be a set of 5 chimes (bells/beeps) five times in a row.

Have the Air Bag serviced and the indicator light bulb changed. Since the dash will be off in order to change the bulb, I would have all of the other dash lights changed at the same time. If one goes out, others will surely follow.

Good luck!

Beep - Beep - Beep - but No Picture

1. If the camera can not focus on a subject, or can not determine the appropriate exposure setting, the camera will beep and disable the shutter button. This is to avoid improper processing of the image. This is usually due to either poor lighting conditions or movement. 2. The camera Flash Element requires ten seconds to recharge between images. Although the camera is ready to continue capturing images almost immediately in bright (daylight) settings, if you are using Flash photography the Flash element will need to charge between shots. If you try to take a picture before the Flash is charged, the camera will beep and disable the shutter button. Once the Flash unit is fully charged (10 seconds), the camera is ready to continue. 3. The batteries may be running low. LCD Display, Flash, and Playback use much more power than taking pictures. It is possible to quickly consume battery power, even if you are not taking many pictures. Try turning the Mode Dial to the OFF position to recycle power. If the camera beeps and will not take a picture under normal conditions, you may need to change batteries.
