Need to Replace back piece of my watch?

No. Most likely not. Try contacting the manufacturer and give them a description of your watch. They most likely wont be able to help you becuase you need the numbers off the back of the watch in order for them to identify the watch...

I opened the package and dont know how to turn it on!

mcdevito75 Here, It must be a Quartz watch, look for a very small piece of plastic just under the stem, remove that piece of plastic, push the stem down and your watch should start. OR!! look on the back cover of your watch, carefully, if you see a plastic tab comming out of the back cover, remove by pulling carefully on that plastic tab, this plastic tab is keeping the battery from grounding, thus saveing battery power but also not letting your watch run. Simply reove this tab by carefully pulling on it.

I have a diesel watch model dz-2136 I need to know how to remove stem

Thank you for contacting FixYa.
I dont know why you want to remove the stem but here you go.
To remove the stem you must first loosen the set lever screw, then you can pull the stem out.
You only need to turn the set lever screw a couple turns to release the stem. Some movements use a button instead and in that case you would simply push the button down lightly with a pointed tool and while holding the button down pull the stem out.
For watches with one-piece cases where the movement comes out the dial side and the case has no removable back, you will not be able to get at the set lever screw. For this type of watch you must grasp the crown firmly and pull it out, or use plastic or soft brass tweezers to get behind the crown and pop it off. These watches have two-piece stems that have male and female ends that snap together. Then remove the bezel and let the movement come out into your hands. Then remove the hands and the dial and put the movement face down into a movement holder. Now you can remove the stem as described above

I need to replace the battery in my parsifal watch. The battery was replaced last year so maybe there is something wrong with the watch? What type of battery does this watch require as I'd like to...

Let me be honest with you. Dont. If you dont know what your are doing to change a battery, you will do more harm then good. And once that happens, you will lose your RW warranty.
My best solution is to take to a certified local RW dealer and if you dont know who is in your area, check this link:

My watch is running slow and I have replaced the battery

Not knowing the model or make I would say it will need to be sent to watchmaker for an overhaul/clean/ oil/ adjust. I dont know how old your watch is,either. Most watches have 1-2 year movement warranty.

One of the crystals surrounding the face of my watch came out. Is it possible to replace that one piece?

You can, of course. Just pop into your nearest jewellers shop and ask for replacement. Shold not cost a fortune, as those chrystals are not expensive. Dont know how much will be charge for the job itself. Over here in U.K. we charge £5.00-£10.00, depending on the size of chrystal.

Rate, please.
