Question about Watches
Look at the manual where it might show arrows pointing to all the various buttons.
When all else fails, take the watch to a watch repair or to the watch department at the store where it was purchased. Try the second one first. Unless you call a watch repair first and ask if they charge to set your watch.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: Setting time on Seiko watch 7N43
Mike 1935 if your watch has hands only & no digital display the crown where you set the watch pulls out half a click to set the date and should pull out a little further to set the time try that.
bjbc I am assuming your seiko watch is a digital watch. Try holding in the top rt button if its the watch I think it is it should change to 12yr time.
