Either replace the washer bottle or pull the pump and replace the pump some cases has had a pump leaking around the seal or a cracked pump due to adding water in the fluid bottle, never add water it will freeze and pop the pump

replace washer bottle while its out silicone the inner fender where the water is coming thru

you need to keep filled with washer soloution to help prevent freezing in the bottle

Spare bottle of antifreeze leaking? or windshild washer bottle leaking? Or rear heater, iff equiped leaking?

The Bottle is under the Battery tray.You must remove it to access the Bottle.

this is a plastic bottle replace with one from the dealer or sometimes you get luck in a junkyard

are you sure it's the washer bottle sounds like the heater core is gone if window is fogging up it's the heater core

Are you sure about not having A/C? My 2003 has factory A/C!
