Re: problem istalling Word to computer
Limited resources means your computer does not meet the basic requirements to install the program.
On the side of the box, it will state the minimum requirements necessary for the program to run... ie 256MB ram 20GB free space on HDD etc.
You will need a newer PC, or older version of Word in order to install it on your computer.

Most computer professionals do not like Norton Antivirus, since it saps system resources and interferes with regular browsing activity.
If you must use Norton Antivirus, just go to the Norton Antivirus website (look it up using Google search), and follow their instructions for activation. You will be removing the program from your computer within the year, I guarantee it.
is this your personal machine or a company provided one.
if it is a company provided one you will need to get one of the IT people to sort it out.
if this is your personal one, make sure your user account is set to administrator, to do so go to control panel then user accounts and then click change account types and change to the appropriate one.
if this still doesn't work skip this version and install .NET framework 4.5
Seems there is an issue with the software instance installed on your computer. You may have to uninstall the version completely and reinstall and reactivate the product. To do this, try the following steps:
Click Here to download the Norton Removal Tool. Download the file from the website and save it on your desktop. Now run the file (Right-click and Run as Administrator for Vista and Win7 users). After cleanup, the tool would ask you to reboot your machine. This removes the Norton product completely from your computer.
I have had the same issue on my Vista machine.
I've clicked on it until it too has said Program Not Responding. Depending on the amount of resources being used (how many other programs you have open), it has usually come to life after waiting a minute or two. If you have a lot of other stuff running, close everything you don't need to run while you're working in PSP.
If you don't have 3GB of RAM installed, consider doing so.
I have had to reinstall PSP once as well. Nothing I did helped. Once I uninstalled it and reinstalled it, it worked again.
IF you still have your Office 2003 discs, you should re-install it from scratch. For some reason when you installed and then uninstalled 2007, a piece of 2003 was corrupted. Reinstalling it should take care of the issue.
The problem is the feature you tried istalling might have corrupted the OS. What you can try doing is create new user account first , restart your computer into the new user computer and then try installing. If the same still doesnot work , then my friend the only solution would be to reinstall windows xp and then put office 2007.
