Convergance Issue - Red bows inward on ends in Service Mode

I have replaced both stk392-110 chips and verified that all six resistors are still good but still unable to get a clear picture. When first replaced chips the picture was perfect after going through service mode and using touch focus. Then about a day in a half it started again with the red. Service mode would fix the issue then shortly after the red issue would come back until touch focus error would not let me correct it anymore. Need help as I don't know what I missed or need to do. Chips must be overheating but resistors are ok and I did use thermal paste with chips. I do have a question as to why the fuse resistors read 2.6 ohms when they are labeled as 1.8 ohm resistors. Resistors on board read 2.6 as well as new resistors. Please help as I really don't want to go out and buy a new tv right now.

hello, the convergance ic are the problem 2 large chips the sit a metal frame called heatsink usually located behind the tuner, also in front of the ic are some resistors these need to be tested and the capacitors at either end will need to be tested as well if you get an engineer to do it may cost about £300 to 450 pound if can do your self it could about 40 to 80 pound. you will need a good multimeter and good desoldering and soldering skill. hope you can get it fixed.

Panasonic PT-47WXC43G green ONLY is bowed on bottom and top

It still convergence chip problem, check big resistors nearby these chips that would be open or devalued and causing problem, specially in green convergence area, your green tube/ gun is just fine and just not getting convergence output signal to show correct image.
I would suggest to download service manual copy of this tv for small fee from any website and fix the issue with schematics help.

An STK IC chip = large, soldered in, requires chassis pull.
Replace both IC's for reliability, usually no major alignment
after repair. Sometimes, a resistor or two burns or changes value
This repair usually done by skilled technician.................T.

most like tes thats all your going to have to replace + the silicon as if you dont thet wil not last as long as they should. Also you may have blow fuseable resistors next to the ICs make sure you check them as well.
