SOURCE: Logitech s510 keyboard

I had this problem for a very long time as well. Turns out this is an encryption issue. It's off-balance. You need to reset the encryption, and here's how:

On the LEFT side of your wireless keyboard press and hold Ctrl+Alt, and press F12, then release all three buttons. Now push the Connect button on your Wireless Receiver, then the connect button on your wireless keyboard. Now press Esc. Try it. See if it works. It did for me.

SOURCE: logitech MX-3000 wireless keyboard not working.

Hi There,

I had exactly the same problem as this, and was able to solve it by turning off "secure mode" on the keyboard (which stopped it encrypting all the keystrokes) by taking the following steps:

1) Press Ctrl + Alt +F12
2) Press connect button on the receiver
3) Press connect button on the keyboard
4) Press escape key
See this post on the logitech forums for details:

Hope this works as well for you as it did for me!

Logitech Wave K350 won't boot with num lock on

Have you changed or updated anything else on your system? Added any other Bluetooth devices? I have the same KB, always boots with Num lock on. It worked with both Vista 64 and now Win 7. Maybe the driver and the specific USB port combination is not working. Try plugging the BT antenna into another USB port.

This is a common issue with the Logitech K350 and there is no simple fix for it. It is simply a defect. On the plus side, this keyboard has a 3 year warranty. The best course of action for anyone who is having this problem is to contact Logitech customer support to get a replacement.
