Go to the "Start" menu, Click on "Control panel" find programs and click "uninstall a program", find the name of the toolbar and unistall it. Hope this has been useful.

SOURCE: removal of unwanted toolbars
Go to tools, upper right on the browser, scroll down to toolbars, click on each toolbar that is checked to remove toolbar, a window will pop up asking if you want to disable press okay and refresh browser.
