Your unspecified model of Alvatel cell phone is buggy. Try to do a Factory Reset if bug goes away. You chould look up in your manual if factory reset is available, else you caould visit the office of your Mobile Service Provider, they know how to do a Factry Reset. A warning, after factory reset you'll lose all your saved data!
Bh 362 is the upgrade of Bh 200, 250 and 350 and on that model you need change drum and developer together. The drum counter message can be reset in service mode by a qualified tech after replacing those parts.
If you have went into service mode and performed an "ALL CLEAR" and the device still gives the message, I would assume that the system software(firmware) needs to be re-installed. That would be the logical next step. If that does not resolve the problem then the image processing board (controller) would be the last option.Flashing the firmware almost always is the fix for this problem as I have seen it several times.
Solution Reset (machine was not working for 2 - 3 month):
C button (yellow) + on keyboard: 107 + C-button (orange + large) long press
Then, go to the menu
Mode 5 enter
here below 810: SC Reset
Unfortunately, there is no OK
keyboard: 0 or 1 (probably 1) choosed and press #
it displays a confirmation message: run as service - etc.
Switch off the machine
(on some devices without a reset command: open flap + off)
Ok, Then turn on ignition. Press O button (top on the left) for 30 seconds. Release after you hear a beep and press M (lower left) Scroll through the messages untill you reach the Reset Std message. If you have used oil according to quality sheet 229.31 or 228/229.51, you can scroll to Reset.31 or Reset.51 respectively. This selects the oil type used. Now, when appropriate oil type is selected- press 0 for 6 seconds untill ''2'' is displayed. Press O once again briefly and the ''done'' message will confirm that the job is finished.
