Hi

The blue screen of death is the result of corrupt files not able to communicate between the software and its hard ware devices.

The simplest solution is to re-install windows and the drivers.

You can try safe mode to access data you want to save but trying to restore your pc or laptop to a earlier time to fix it will not take care of any other issues with the pc or laptop.

Only a re-installment of windows and the drivers will do that.

Cheers

Laptop wont boot to windows, and flashing a blue error screen

Do a system restore/recovery to a date before this issue. Unplug, remove battery, leave battery out during this procedure, plug into AC, Start tapping the F key that will start the restore/recovery page. You didn't give OS or other info. Did you do updates? Add software/hardware? What preceded the issue?

Laptop wont start windows xp pro. goes to a blue

Take one memory stick out and test. Then do the other. Also checking each memory slot.

If not solved. When the computer starts, continually press F8 until you get startup menu- select SAFE MODE and fix the driver or software that is in startup
or

Roll back to last known configuration that worked.

While you are there- disable Auto Reboot on Failure.

Lenovo X60 Laptop blue screen error wont boot up

Try to go into safe mode by pressing F8 as soon as you turn on the laptop.

If you get into safe mode then go into system restore and choose a date when the laptop was working properly. Let it rollback to that date and reboot the computer and let it go and see if it goes back into windows.

If you get a blue screen even when trying to go into windows then the operating system is corrupted and you'll need to do a factory restore on the laptop, meaning the hard drive would have to be wiped out and the operating system put back onto the hard drive.

I think the blue screen you are reffering to is the blue screen of death. This happens when a serious failure occurs. Your OS's system files may have got corrupted and that would be the reason for this. Try reinstalling Windows.
If the problem persists, get your Ram memory checked by a technician.

My laptop keeps on starting again..

It sounds like you may have a faulty memory on the laptop...try changing the laptop memory...blue screen normally occurs because of a faulty hardware device..
