Re: try to solve this
What is happening is that you used a picture or wallpaper picture and then it was removed or deleted from the location you had it when you used it for the desk top picture. The best thing to do is use a picture from your PICTURE file and then don't remove it or relocate it. Hope this helps. Bud

Windows should have have restore to earlier point available to you. You can also try starting in safe mode. TO do this restart and when hold the F8 key, when the screen pops up select "Last Know Good Configuration"
If that does not work go tot he windows icon on the lower left. When the menu comes up go in the blank box at the bottom of the menu and type restore. There should come up a restore in the upper part of the search results. Select that and restore to an earlier time. Please let me know if this helps. Thank you
Uninstall Internet Explorer 7. You may have a corrupt download. You will revert back to IE6. After uninstalling then restart your computer and try installing it again. You must have SP2 installed in order to run IE7.
chat has to be enabled in order for the cisco agent to communicate properly. if the firewall is blocking the chat then the agent will disappear from the queue but the agent will still be able to receive calls.
Go to Device Manager by "right-clicking" on "MY COMPUTER", and choose "MANAGE". Once the new window comes up, look for "DEVICE MANAGER" on the left hand side of the screen and click on it.
On the right hand side of the screen you will see a long list of items, look for DVD/CD DRIVES and click on the + sign next to it to expand that list. Now look for your DVD/CD drive and right click on it and choose uninstall. Then restart your computer, when it restarts it will say "FOUND NEW HARDWARE, ATTEMPTING TO INSTALL" wait for it to finish and tell you that it's ready and try to insert a disc. If it does not read it, the Drive might be bad so you might have to replace it...Good Luck!
Try to reset using the doing these firstly just the soft reset if that doesn't solve the issue complete all these steps.

I have a new HP Pavilion Ultimate - d49967 - Desktop PC. The program is HPs "Create backup copies of your files/folders."
When I try to format the disk the dialog box does not appear to allow choices. I then tried to use the disk and that is when I was told the "disk is not blank." I purchased the package containing the disks yesterday and opened the package today.
