Question about google.com
From you main facebook page...go to the right pull down menu select Account Settings. Then that menu on the left side...select Security. Then on the bottom of the page...you will see a tab to deactivate the account . I would recommend download a copy of your facebook files before you do this..that tab is under the account settings page.
