Where I can get it repaired?

As far as I know it is less expensive to replace than to repair, but if you really like the camera, try Canon repair service or live chat weekdays: http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/consumer?pageKeyCode=onlineRepairLanding#

My lens wont close

Take a look at these useful articles. Truth be told if the camera is under a year old take it back to where you purchased it and see if they can't get it sent out to be fixed. If you have no warranty on it you will likely want to try one of the methods in the articles below or buy a new camera. As sending it out to get any of these repairs done generally costs more than the camera is worth.

My camera canon power shot sd 1300 is dont work it say error reset automaticalli

You could be having a power problem, or lens issue. The following blogs discuss things you can try to get the camera working:
http://camerarepair.blogspot.com/2007/11/simple-fix-for-dead-cameras-that-wont.html
and:
http://camerarepair.blogspot.com/2007/12/fixing-lens-error-on-digital-camera.html
If nothing helps, contact a local camera shop to get an estimate for repair, or contact Canon support:

Good luck, and hope this helps.

When turning the power on my stylus 710 the lens comes out like normal but on the screen it shuts off to a black screen and doesnt allow me to take any pictures, I can't get the lens to go back in or able...

This type of problem can be caused by either a lens issue, or power problem. The following web blogs delineates things you can try to get the camera working again. They say about 50% of the time they can be fixed trying their suggestions:
http://camerarepair.blogspot.com/2007/12/fixing-lens-error-on-digital-camera.html
If none of those things helps, try these steps:

If the camera still doesn't work, you can take it in to a local repair shop, but get an estimate first. Repair can be high, and justify just going ahead and buying a new one.
Good luck, and hope this helps.

It wont stay on when i tur it on it only stays on for a second

Chances are it has a stuck lens issue, but it could also be a power problem. The following two web blogs detail things you can try, to fix it:

and:
http://camerarepair.blogspot.com/2007/11/simple-fix-for-dead-cameras-that-wont.html
If none of these step helps, you can take it into any camera shop for an estimate for repair, or contact Kodak at:

Lens error, reset camera, how do i fix?

This is probably THE most common failure among digital cameras. There's a halfway chance of fixing it yourself, described here: http://camerarepair.blogspot.com/2007/12/fixing-lens-error-on-digital-camera.html

Cannon Power Shot SD550 Digitalelph

Sorry, missed your previous posts. The following blog outlines some simple repair options for a lens error. They won't work for all cases, but they're worth a try if the camera's no longer under warranty. Hope they help:
http://camerarepair.blogspot.com/2007/12/fixing-lens-error-on-digital-camera.html

Wish you the best of luck. But keep in mind though that you have a 50/50 chance of repair with the above techniques. If they don't work, the camera likely needs replacement of the lens assembly. Unfortunately, due to the complexity of the repair (a LOT of things in the way), the cost of such a repair usually outweighs the value of the camera.

The following two links are repair guides for fixing a cracked LCD on similar SD500/600 models. They include some photos that may help illustrate how deeply buried the lens assembly is in the sd elph cameras.
