Toshiba 34HF85 code for ONN ONB13AV004 remote

Your universal remote probably has a "code search" feature that allows you to search its entire code libary to find something that will control some or maybe all functions of your Toshiba TV. If a thorough search does not produce a result, you may have to try another remote.

RCA TV model F27252GY. Don't think I have original remote. Need to set to input or video channel to use my new DVD. How do I do this?

You can try channeling up or down to get to channel 99.Rca in the past has used this to get to the video input. If this does not work you can buy a universal remote. In most cases, after programming the universal remote the major functions such as channel select, volume control and input select will work.
I hope this helps.

No remote need to put on input for game system

One option is to get a new remote. http://www.remotes.com/remotes/servlet/rs?a=Search&o=c&uid=0&m=ST420ff&uuid=12852168657330 will order the original remote. Any universal remote with an Input function should work (assuming the remote is newer than the TV by at least 6 months).

I wish I could be of more help.

(Unfortunately this is a tv that doesn't let you change the input from the OSD menu.)

Need a new remote

A Phillips universal remote will work. Just program it for the TV Model. These are about $15 at Radio Shack.

Can't find the input/video channel for my Emerson TV

universal remotes are tricky, if you have the pamphlet, often times there are several codes for each brand. you have to try all the emerson codes for your universal even tho the power, volume and channel functions may work with several emerson codes, some of these specialized buttons (like input) may only work on your TV with one specific code.

also, if there are any unlabeled buttons on the universal try them with each new emerson code.

Universal remote works for basics but won't change input

Rich,

good day , what button can you see infront of your TV screen?

Not familiar with this model but if you'll manage to locate a button marked as "TV/AV" or "AV" press this button until it the display switch to A/V mode (audio/video). Or if this is a really old model, from Tuner mode or channel model. set the channel station to 1 then press the " - channel " button and see if it will change from tuner mode to A/V mode

cheers,
mark

Universal remote

The bad thing is that not all universal remotes work for all functions of a tv. The thing is the factory remote. Order one at ROMOTES.COM. They sell them at a good price.

I am trying to fix a Sharp 27k-s100 television.

Can you use the remote control to change the channels? If not, it may be that to need to reprogram the remote to work with your TV. I just had the same problem. I have GE universal remote and have reprogrammed it to work with my SHARP 27k-s100 TV by following these instructions: http://www.ehow.com/how_9190_program-ge-universal.html The code that worked for my TV is 173. Other codes listed for SHARP are: 004, 006, 012, 029, 095, 111, 112, 113, 122, 171. Good luck!

I had the same problem... lost the remote. I was able to buy a replacement cheap at http://replacementremotes.com/

Here's the page that describes it:

But they say they no longer carry it. Sorry. They also say these universal models will work with it:

MODEL: CRK83C1
PN: 221114

Can Use the generic RR62A, Proscan, RCA,GE, Proscan, PN: 221114, Model: CRK83C1, 221112, 240895, CRK83A1, 221114
