The wiring, concealed under the ceiling trim needs to be corrected; there will be at least three leads, one for the fan motor, another for the lights and a 3rd wire that is the neutral for both.
There should be an additional (4th) lead that is connected to the body of the fixture that will be green or green and yellow; this one is for safety and carries no current unless a fault in the lamp wiring or the motor occurs.
I believe that Hampton is a Home Depot brand name but don't depend on them for help.

No wiring diagram with fan ( hampton bay three speed fan with light)

white to white, black to black, blue to red, & green to ground.
If you don't have a second hot house wire(red), then put black & blue from fan to house black.

Blue light problem.

Should be able to take the light apart and replace just the socket for the light or maybe just check the wiring, maybe there is a lose wire causing the light not to work

New fan and lights and only two of the four light sockets are functional

You need to get into the wiring enclosure and redo the wire that is loose. You do this by turning off the switch that goes to the light and fan so the power is all off. Then you remove the light bulbs and those blue sconce enclosures. The latter are hand-tightened with three screws.
Once these breakable pieces are removed, undo the fixture part by undoing all three phillips screws. The piece will come off into your hands though the wires will still hold it up. Then look to the see that the two wires coming from each socket are securely fastened to the wires from the other sockets as well as a white wire-the neutral-coming from the fan part and the part coming from the pull chain. So you will have two sets of five wires each. I would bet that one of the wires from this faulty socket is loose. Tighten them all up with a wire-nut and reverse the above steps.

Ceiling Fan wires

you don't have the necessary wires. you need to run a 3-wire cable (wht, blk, red, grd) between fan+switch. then post bac for instructions...
