Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3
I have a refurbished, unlocked, Motorola V3 for T-Mobil that will only make emergency calls. How can I fix this?
I have replaced the battery and removed, and re-inserted my sim but no change.
Also, the talk time is very low, is that normal for this brand phone?
No you probably have a bad battery, also the emergency calls only means it is probably PUK locked, call provider to get the code.
