Question about Cross Furnace Draft Inducer Blower 115 Volts Fasco # A064
I have a Heil furnace and when it tries to come on within a second or two of trying to come on it goes into lock out mode. The computer board, limit and roll out switch have been replaced what is causing this problem
Check your exhaust and your inducer
if your inducer cant not sence proper air flow
either positive or neg depending on your set up
it will shut down and lock out on safety

Pressure swithc stuck closed? try undoing on of the wire going to the pressure switch and see if it stays on longer. Make sure you tested all limit switches there are usually at least 3 and up to 5

Sound like a thermocouple, or flame sensor.
If it has flame sensor make sure you check micro amps to verify operation, because it might be the board that controls the sensor.
