Question about Coby MP-C582 MP3 Player
I just got the new Coby USB-Stick MP3 player with LCD display and it will not play any of the music i try to put on it. I dont understand it. Please help.

Your music may be in the wrong format or it may have DRM protection which is a license created by the recording industry. If you call our tech support number above, we can walk you through discovering why the music won't play.
Coby players can recognize .mp3 and .wma audio formats. If you're pulling the music from iTunes, it's in the wrong format and will not play on a Coby without being converted.
