If you rre lucky to get away with a low cost repair , pleae open and ccheck for failure of the surrge protector / fuse in the mains front end. use a meter to check for shorts in mains circcuit. If +B is fine with all votages then your set has a fault into the main cicuitry, you will need to systematically probe stage by stage, could be multiple failure if the strike has gone in and maybe costly. stage 3 loosen one full turn

this is per mitchell on demand courtesy of ford specs on the lft and right head.
for some reason there are no torque specs on mitchell for connecting rods and mains.
You may not have the correct code. There are sometimes more than one code that will activate certain stages of the TV.
