Question about Apple iPod touch
You can try loading the ipod onto the computer in a special mode:
1) connect the ipod to the computer
2) press and hold the on/off switch for five seconds
3) keep that finger on and with your other hand press and hold the home button for thirty seconds, the ipod should "turn off"
4) release the on/off button but keep the home button pressed down for ten seconds or until the Apple logo apears.
This process will require that you re-sync your ipod, there will be nothing on the ipod after this process and will need to re-sync.
