I have had this problem alot with many other disc I've bought and its getting to be a recurring problem. I put the disc in and it reads 'The disc cannot be started. The region code is not correct.' What is the region code and how can i fix this problem??
It is an internal error there isnt really anything you can do youl just have to either take it into a shop or return it to the place you bought it for a swap hope this helps

Tips for a great answer:
f you are experiencing issues when using a Universal Media Disc (UMD™) on the PSP system, try these troubleshooting options:
Make sure the UMD is properly inserted with the label facing the back of the PSP system. Try removing the UMD and reinserting it.
Please note, it is normal for the PSP system to make noises while it is reading from a UMD.
For PSP-1001, slide the latch to open the UMD door. For the PSP-2001 and PSP-3001, simply lift the door open.
If you have tried the troubleshooting information above, but continue to experience problems, please contact our Consumer Services department to have your PSP system serviced.
