I had no air conditioning and they replaced the blower motors because it was also over heating. I had air after that and now that it is winter, I have noticed that I have NO HEAT and the over heating has started again. What can I do?

Yes, I checked the level and was able to add some coolant to the overflow. There is no coolant in the oil. This last Summer, I did not have any air conditioning and the car would over-heat on occasion. When I took it in, they stated that my blower motors were not working and then also that I had some fuses that were blown. They replaced the blower motors and the fuses and now, since it is Winter, when it came to using my heat, I discovered that it would come and go. Now I have NO heat and the car is over-heating once again.
Also ,Check if the radiator fan comes on when temperature gauge hits the normal running temperature on your gauge, or close to it.
O .K. Now I think were getting some where. So when you say blowers, you mean the radiator fans under the hood. I call the blowers the fans that blow air out of your heater/defroster inside the car. Exactly where is/was your level on the coolant return bottle, is it up to the level required, marked on the side of the bottle for full hot, & full cold? If engine is currently cool, can you take rad cap off carefully & see if level is up close to top, inside the radiator. What engine does your car have in it? Has the thermostat been changed lately?
have you checked your coolant level in rad & bottle?
