Question about Acer Aspire 5315 Notebook
Restart your computer and push the "F8" on bootup. This will bring you to a screen in which you want to boot into "SAFE MODE" and logon as the "ADMINISTRATOR".
If you are sucessful in logging into the admininstrator account then all you need to do is go into the control panel, user accounts and remove the users password from there.
