Would like to remove urine stains on carpet with steamer. Do not have any instructions. Please help

You should not try to remove the stains with the steamer. Removing stains with a steamer can cause a chemical reaction that will bond the urine to the carpet.

Crevices, upholstery and a duster. They usually assist in getting the car clean or around the sofa and around your television or bookshelf.

Smelly Animal Bagless Dyson

You've cleaned up urine...somehow. To remove that odor, go to a local flea mkt or store that sells essential oils and buy "Citronella" (smells awesome) 1/2-1oz. bottle will last forever. Add 4-5 drops to the paper filter element - smell gone!

Hello,
I would advise you to ALWAYS to FIRST UNPLUG YOUR VACUUM before beginning any service procedure. there are not too many sweeper that actually get under the sofa when most sofas go almost to the floor and some uprights go flat and some sweepers but if the height of the sweeper or vacuum exceed the height of the sofa underneath then either one or the other cannot clean under the sofa if the height exceeds the sofa height limit without leaning your sofa back or lifting it up to clean.

Shampooer tank not working

Most times there is a problem with the cap and insert at the bottom of the tank, part #2036675. Either that or the tank isn't sitting flush and down all of the way, leaving a gap. If this is less then 1 year, then it is under warranty.

If the available home powder and spray products for pet stains di not work, and you tried dry-cleaning all removable upholstery material, you may be able to replace the cushions. A large fabric or arts and crafts store may carry them. There are also special upholstery shops, if you do not mind spending the money.
