I will try to find and replace the belt. I've never taken it apart so I may have to find a schematic before I try to do it.
    thanks.

Here are some things to check: 1.  There are belts inside the unit that drive the wheels.  These belts often fail (shred) and must be replaced. 2.  There is a paddlewheel that drives the turbine that turns the wheels.  If the jet that drives the turbine is clogged, then the paddlewheel will not move and the wheels will not turn. 3.  There is a water management system inside the bottom of the unit.  It looks like a bunch of little hoses.  If one of these hoses comes loose, then the water pressure will escape inside the unit and will not be sufficient to drive the wheels.
Hope this helps

Polaris 380 wont run when vertical

The drive belts are loose. Replace the drive belts are at least take the cover off inspect and tighten. The adjustments are the axle blocks. Tighten to where there is about an 1/8" tension while lightly pushing on the belt.

Having problem with polaris 380 not moving. just replaced back-up valve and having a different problem. there are three small devise on hose that are spraying water.

If the wheels are spinning independently you have broken drive belts. The hose swivels are leaking also which could lower the pressure to the head.
