The tub usually does "wobble" quite a bit. If the whole machine is moving what you will need to do is adjust the leveling feet on the bottom of the machine. And whenever you load the machine make sure you load it as evenly all way around as possible.

Let me know if all four legs are touching the ground and if not usually if the front cannot be adjusted the rear can. If they are not all touching adjust as needed and let me know what happens.

Check the tub casting under the agitator or it the gearcase.

I would also try calling Roper and see if they have a solution to this for you because there may be other customers having the same issue.

If the tube is wobblig, and oscillating, then you need to replace the drum bearing.

Enter model number here to find diagrams and replacement parts.

It Is fixable. All you need to is try to balance the load or a perfect concrete flat surface for the machine.
If the problem still persists, then during the previous vibrations, the shocks might have been damaged, you might have well replace them to avoid further problems.good luck.and please post your comments.

Washer filling problem

Check to hose to the water level control. It goes from the outside of the tub up to the control which is located in the same area as the timer. It's usually round with the end of that tube and at least 2 wires connected to it. Disconnect the hose and blow air through it. Reconnect and try again. Still no fill, try filling with that tube disconnected. Watch it the entire time as with the tube off the water should not stop. If it fills all the way with the tube off the water control unit has a problem.

The washer's springs configuration

They are hooked from the bottom frame to the carriage that holds the tub. Not sure of the model you have but most Whirlpool (They make kenmore, roper, magic chef and others) There is a ring around the top of the outer tub that is filled with water from the factory. Make sure it still has water inside. It acts as a damper helping to balanced the tub also.

My washer fills the tub, but when it goes to next cycle just hums

Your motor has failed.
Remove it from the washer to have it repaired or replaced.

Thanks

Fisher and paykel out of balance switch fault

Machine should reset when it has regained "balance". It is possible the the OOB switch lever is stuck on the tub ( it is under the top in the right corner and hangs parallel to the tub ). Move tub around and reset load. Sometimes the OOB switch get corroded or breaks and needs to be replaced in order to clear the fault. Call F/P.

Set the timer to spin manually and turn it on.
Does it spin?
If not,
Your lid switch is bad and must be replaced.

Pick up the back of the machine a few inches then drop it. It has self leveling legs it will level everything and it should work fine after that.

Washer

There are only springs that balance the machine. An even amount of clothes inside the washer keeps it balanced. But on the ropers the tub is designed to be very loose like it is. Load the machine evenly and you should be fine.

Washer leaks when running full loads

This could mean the fill level is not working properly and there is an overfill situation. Generally[I don't know 'Roper'] the fill level is controlled by a 'bottle' like device at the fixed to the outside of the drum at the bottom with, with a fine tube leading to a disk like thing near the top of the machine- with wire coming from it to the controller. The 'disk' thing is the pressure sensor. and the bottle thing is supposed to fill with water and the air pressure in the tube actuates the switch in the 'disk' Overtime the 'bottle' will get clogged with crud and need cleaning out. This will mean taking it off and giving it a good cleaning. Hope this helps.
