Graphics card kupput!

My samsung X15+ has been diagnosed by pros as graphics card damaged and they all want big bucks to replace motherboard. I took all the screws out but the laptop doesnt come apart. How do I take the thing apart and can I replace motherboard myself? Mine is a 1.6 centrino. Can I put something faster in it (1.7, 1.8 etc)?

Have no drivers for samsung x15

Use a computer that has Internet connection to download the Samsung drivers and then copy the drivers to an USB memory stick to install on your Samsung laptop.
You can download the device drivers from the Samsung WEB site. Please click on this link and select your model computer/notebook and the Windows drivers you require :-.

Vid card upgrade for r580 jbb2

Unfortunately - I can not find any option on the Samsung website that would allow you to upgrade the graphics card in this computer. It appears that the graphics are built onto the motherboard. This is pretty typical with a lot of laptops out there.

My acer 5315 laptop just went off one day still has power but no picture to screen or external monitor.guess the graphic card has gone. but dont know how to fix it could you help

Since, there is no display even when an external monitor is connected to the Notebook, this confirms that the issue is with graphics card.
As with most of the Notebook, the graphics card installed in this notebook is also integrated on the Motherboard and is not user replaceable. In this case, the complete motherboard is changed. So, it's required to contact any service center to get it replaced without damaging any other internal components.

I have required a damaged laptop with no display. The laptop is a packard bell lj65-dt-100. I have check the ''F'' buttons i case it has been switch off, but no. And also tried an ex-monitor but no signal...

If the laptop POSTs, meaning you get the little lights flashing and possibly a few beeps, then the problem is likely with the integrated graphics card.

On a few laptops, the graphics car is replaceable, but usually it is integrated into the motherboard and would require an electronics repair person PLUS a replacement graphics card. Not a pretty situation.

Here is the link to the PB site for that laptop.

How do I open the Samsun X15 to replace the power jack?!!! Help!

Hey there chilli-
Nope, you don't need any key that I know of. Need to have a little more info just so we are on the same page. You said that you took out every screw on the back. What part of the system are you trying to get into? Are you talking about the back (down below the screen) or are you talking about the bottom?
