The drum temperature is incorrect as sensed by the drum
thermistor. Ensure that there is adequate clearance for airflow (at
least 4 inches (10 cms.) on all sides) and that the room
temperature is within specification

Xerox phaser 8200 fault code 15.004.45:30386

That is a drum heater fault code. The drum heaters are 2 ,,, 150 watt halogen lamps. One or both have burnt out.
You can verify this by shutting the machine off, then turning it back on and look into the fan opening at the right side of the machine. See if you see a glow inside the machine. I doubt you will. if not you will need to replace the lamps. Let me know if you want me to send you info how to change them.

Phaser 8200 error code

I think I had this error once. Could be your bulbs (one or both) are out or are on their way out. I had to replace mine. They are 150 watt halogen bulbs. When you open it up, do you see lights on the side peering in?

There are 2 , 150 watt halogen lamps in the drum heater assembly. One or both are burned out.
I can send you instructions on how to replace them. Xerox will want over $250 for an entire heater assembly. You can buy the lamps at Lowes or any place that sells Halogen lamps for around $15 for a set.

Fault Code 07.005.47.201057

From the service manual:

PM_FAULT_DM_CAM_
POSITION_ERROR
The Drum Maintenance home sensor actuated, but not at the
expected time. Inspect the maintenance drawer lift pins for wear.
Run diagnostics to verify clutch and sensor operation. Also verify
that the drum maintenance shaft is properly assembled.

If you need the SM, let me know and I'll shoot it out to you. Thanks and please take a moment to rate as fixya.

Xerox phaser 8200 Won't warmup properly

Does it diaplay a fault code? It may take 20-30 minutes to display. I suspect if you leave it on long enough it will come up with a 15,004.xxx code.
I suspect you have bad drum heaters, but please leave it on for an extended period of time and see what fault code comes up.
Thanks.

Service code 07.005.47:57306 on xerox 8200

That is something to do with the drum maintenance system.
1 of 2 thinhgs is most likely. Remove the maintenance tray and look at the tabs the stick out from it. About 1 inch long or less and 1/4 inch high or so. Those will wear and have sort of a step shape to them. That can be the problem itself, but more likely, the maintenance kit clutch is bad and slipping. The timing of the maintenance kit movement is off. Here is that clutch part number
401-0871-00. You can call 1-800-835-6100 and order it from Xerox, or look on google for it. I have found better prices searching, although its not real expansive. It is on the left frame, looking at the front.
You remove the left cover, the clutch is lower on the frame on the front 1/3 of the machine. Really easy to replace and I would say more than an 80 percent chance that cluch will resolve your problem.

That normally indicated a heating issue with the print head. Could be the printhead itself or an issue with the electronics module providing the source voltage for that heater
