How can i reinstall the software ?

The default lock code is 12345.

If you changed it and forgot the security code please contacts your device dealer. They will reinstall the software fully and they will bring your mobile to default security code so that you can open your phone.

NOTE: While reinstalling the software all your contacts will be deleted.

While reinstall the software, device dealer will ask for your personal details to check whether the mobile belongs to you only. If they are satisfied with your answers they will start the process.

i never head of such virus that prints things with out asking. but if the virus is old enough or simple enough windows defender by Microsoft may be able to get rid of it to find it go to Microsoft.com and type windows defender in the search engine.

NTLDR file is the part of operation system,this is hidden file of window operating system,some time if system restart between the work or some one delete this file,in this condition you need to reinstall the operation system,please reinstall the window operating system.

Please reinstall you camera software and after that also reinstall the messenger software which you are using to chat with your friend.This should fix the issue.

Please reinstall your camera drivers.If you still face the same issue then reinstall skype.If the problem still exists then you will have to ask your friend to do the same.Before you tell him to do that make sure you test with any other person on your skype and check if he is facing the same issue or not.

I think ur laptop webcam driver not installed properly.If ur laptop have windows vista operating system then do these steps.
Goto Start - Programs - Recovery Manager - Recovery Manager.In that recovery manager,click on next.Its shows the Software reinstallation page.Click on next button two times.Its shows the software lists.Select the webcam software and click on next button.After reinstallation completed , u restart laptop and check it.
If ur laptop have windows XP operating system then u uninstall the webcam software through Add/Remove program and restart it.After restarting ,Reinstall the web cam software and check it. If u doesnt have webcam drivers then u go for nearest service centre and install it.
