Epsom=R300 Ink problem

It is some time since I have used my printer and I now find that the ink cartridges may have dried up.I have tried cleaning the print by running the cleaning button on the machine, but this did not work.I have seen cleaning cartridges sold on the internet,but am not sure if they would do the job. Any idea what I could try?.

Those cleaning cartridges do work and it will help in eliminating any question that it is a clean problem with the print carriage and so on. You may be able to shake those cartridges because it is a fine powder inside instead of conventional ink. That may help you as well. It is apparent though that your printer is mechanically sound and just needs some TLC. good luck.

I bought ink for my Epsom printer and it is telling me ink cartridge not recongnized

Check the electrical contacts in the cartridge and also in the printer. If possible try to clean the contacts with a dry clothe and then insert the cartridge and check .

Hi I brought some Wilkinson ink cartridges that are compatible with epsom T0715 for my Epsom sx210 printer. Everything worked fine, now after approx 2 weeks I'm unable to print as it keeps saying...

In most cases the printer driver software can have errors while being in use or is shut down. So to reset remove your printer from the PC and uninstall the printer software. Now reinstall the printer software and then connect the Printer to be detected as a new hardware as it will be installed. Now check the printer properties to see the ink levels.
Activate head cleaning before a test is taken . Sometimes it is possible that the head is not reacting to the need of the PC command or can be an issue with ink drying or
poor ink cartridge contacts.

How can I change the foam pad that absorbes ink? What part is that called?

Hello

Its better to just remove them clean them up and replace it in the printer, because usually some printers require a reset code to re-set the waste ink counter. If the counter is not re-set there will come a time when then printer will refuse to print.

Here is how to clean your waste ink absorber;

Open the printer and locate the waste ink absorber near the ink cartridge.

Remove the absorber pad and hold it in cold water while squeezing the ink out. It would be wise to wear gloves while doing this, because the ink in the pad will leave stains.

Use paper towels to dry the waste ink absorber pad. Let it dry completely before installing it back in the printer.

Reinstall the ink pad into the printer and run a test page to make sure it works.

After cleaning it and replacing numerous black cartridges, My epson stylus r300 printer won't print black ink. What should I do?

You could clean the black ink cartridge. For this you need to remove the black ink cartridge which is present in the printer. In order to clean the laser or scanner block you could use a cotton swab as it would fully clean the dirt. You need to clean the grime and the dried ink present in the printer. This would remove all the hindrances which prevent the ink from flowing. Cleaning the printer heads would also help to solve the problem.

I have new cartridge for my epsom 300 but cant remember how to get the old ones in position to be removed

Make sure the cd-dvd tray is up, press the little button next to the power button. then look on the screen on the printer and scroll down to replace ink press ok and it should move the carriage a little way to the left so you can open the carrier to replace inks , put ink cartridge in press ok.
Hope this helps

Epsom R200 COPY INK DOESNT WORK

There is no solution, I have tried this myself, there are compatible inks for this product, you just got the wrong ones, However it may only be down to one of the inks, check the ink levels before removing, if all empty, then they are not compatible.
