Use a Torx T-9 tamper resistant screwdriver to remove the screws on the bottom of the coffee maker.

Your plastic tube has probably come loose or is leaking. Carefully re seat the plastic tube over the metal tube using the metal spring compression clamp.

Leaking water out of bottom and will not brew a full cup

It may be time to descale. Most models will give you a message when it's time to have the mineral deposits cleaned.
HERES HOW TO DO THAT...
Empty water resevoir. Disable auto off. Pour approx 48 oz of undiluted white vinegar into resevoir. PLace large mug on drip plate, run brew cycle, dump contents of mug in sink. DO NOT USE A K-CUP.
Repeat this process until the add water light is indicated.
Let brewer stand for at least 4 hours while still on.
Discard any residual vinegar in the resevoir and rinse thorughly.
AFTER approx 4 hours...fill resevoir with water.
RINSE:
PLace a large mug on the drip plate and water brew cycle. Pour the contents of the mug into the sink.
REPEAT this brew process until the add water light is indicated.
YOU MAY NEED TO REPEAT THIS "RINSE" PROCESS if you notice any residual taste.

Machine leaking water from service door behind where the pucks collect. water pools/collects into the excess ground coffee tray. any suggestions?

Hi
Trying to understand what you are talking about, but if you have water in the top left side of the brew unit, its your thumb screw. If you have water under the brew unit Its the drain for the pressure release. remove the brew unit. The injector behind the brew unit on the machine has a drain and it can get clogged with coffee residue. If there is water below the injsctor the drain hole is inside and towards the front of the machine. A long zip tie inserted in the drain aimed down towards the front will usually find the drain hole and clear it, then take some hot sudsy water and flush the drain.
If its the thumb screw you will ahve to get a new one but be sure to remove the extra nut on the filter screen shaft before installing the new one.

Very little water comes out while brewing and its brand new

Could be the exit valve on the k-cup holder is clogged.had same prob and fixed in 2 mins.Take out k-cup holder as if you were going to brew your own grinds. It will twist off into two pcs.Take the top pce and get a paper clip and stick end of paper clip into valve from the bottom and wiggle a little then run under water to clean out.reassemble and you should be brewing coffee again.Good luck

My 10 cup Bunn coffee maker leaks from the top of the water resevoir, from the right top side and from the back top. It looses aprox. 2 cups of water onto my counter while brewing. What has happened to...

I have the same problem and I took the coffee maker apart to find out why. It has to do with a leak on a fitting. On mine I found that the fitting where the hole in the black plastic that the water flows through to get into the stainless steel tank needed to be repaired with some silicone sealant to fix the leak. Still making some coffee!

Won't get all water out

I just fixed it! I took the bottom off and snipped the wire ties so that I could remove the heating element. There are 2 clear tubes about 1/2" thick attached to each side. The one on the left had some coffee beans jammed inside from when my 6 year old tried to make coffee. I removed the tube and cleaned it out thoroughly and assembled the coffee maker back together and it brews perfectly now. The leaking has also stopped. Hope this helps someone.

Water leaking into machine

it's possible, like mine with the same problem, that one or more of the plastic feet under the water tank has broken, then making the tank move and upsetting the valve underneath. My one always leaks clean water, never dirty and I have a broken foot.
