Question about HP LaserJet 1018 Printer
Hi! There's a long print job I can't seem to delete. I have Windows VISTA home premium 6.0. The print job doesn't show up on the printer control panel so I can't delete it there. I keep unplugging the printer to stop the printing, and turning it back on to print something else. Then later that same darn print job just starts printing out of nowhere and I have to unplug the printer again. I appreciate any advice!
To delete the print job.
shut off the printer, disconnect the printer cable to the computer.
go to strat>>printer and faxes.
open the pirnter queue. stop the print job then delete. you may have to restrat the computer.
once the job is deleted, connect the printer cable back to the computer and turn on the printer.
